Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with LuxeCloud. We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you with our returns and refund process.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as it was received.

- The item must be unworn and unwashed (if applicable).

- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards

- Sale or clearance items

- Personalized or custom-made products

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable:

- Gift cards.

- Downloadable software products.

- Sale items marked as final sale.

Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at luxeclouduk@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective products.
